REPORT:
Wanted to fish with mullet and got my chance tonight now that I've got a basic idea how to use the castnet. I got lucky and picked up a bucket full on the first throw of the net. I paddled south of all of the houses on the west bank where there was a bunch of grass growing along the edge. The tide was extra high and was still coming in. After about three beers this Monster Redfish inhaled my bait. After a great fight I got him into the boat. Poor bugger bled all over me! This is all I caught tonight but i feel it's plenty :) I tried fishing under the bridge with the extra bait hoping to catch a small shark or a trout but I didn't have any luck there tonight.
