REPORT:
The Columbia remains fair for keeper sturgeon in the gorge and some action around Kelly Point Park. The Willamette fished real well on Wednesday, March 29th. Most guides at least had a chance for a fish. The Clackamas continues to produce well for the few anglers that fish it during the week. It is a little busy on the weekends. There may be a few springers available on the Sandy but it is still a little early over there for consistent action. The coastal streams will be low and clear over the weekend. The bigger rivers may produce better for steelhead. The sturgeon fishing has been a little slow in Tillamook Bay but the tides are a little better for the weekend. Nehalem Bay has seen some good sturgeon fishing as of late. The central coast rivers are slow. So slow, the guides are fishing the north coast streams!
